As educationist, it is our responsibility to teach the young generation how to think rather than, what to think?. It is important that we encourage them to question the archaic norms and hence become rational thinkers.

Feeding them on obsolete ideas and concepts is not going to lead to any novelty of thoughts. We also focus on 'Learning to be' as one of the four pillars of education which emphasizes on the fundamental principle of education that ensures the total development of the child's intelligence and sensitivity, aesthetic appreciation and spirituality.

The child should be exposed to joyful creative teaching techniques in a free, universal, and open-ended knowledge system in which she or he explores all creative mediums. The potential of each child, to appreciate specific and individual requirement, and to respond to it with passion and sensitivity is our mission at “Phoenix”.

Our constant endeavour is to enable our pupils to empathize with the needs of the society they belong to and to inspire them to contribute towards it in 'little great ways'.
